On September 3, 2026, Zhejiang Galaxis Technology Group Co., Ltd. (“GALAXIS” or the “Company,” Stock Code: 02729.HK) held its 2026 Interim Results Briefing in Shenzhen. The event marked the Company’s first large-scale capital markets briefing since its listing in March 2026.
Dr. Gu Chunguang, Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GALAXIS, and Mr. Song Yao, Chief Financial Officer and Board Secretary, attended the event and engaged with more than 70 investors and analysts from over 60 securities firms, asset managers, banks and other financial institutions. The briefing was held both onsite and online.

Growth, Globalization and Intelligence
The briefing centered on three themes: growth, globalization and intelligence.
Mr. Song opened with an overview of GALAXIS’ performance in the first half of 2026, highlighting growth in the Company’s core businesses, continued narrowing of losses, a solid order backlog, a growing contribution from overseas markets, and continued improvement in its financial position.
The management team also discussed the Company’s priorities for the next stage of development, with particular focus on globalization and embodied intelligence.
Embodied Intelligence Built Around Real-World Applications
During the strategy session, Dr. Gu explained GALAXIS’ approach to embodied intelligence under the principle of “scenario-driven, technology-led.”
He noted that embodied intelligence should not be equated solely with humanoid robots. For GALAXIS, its practical value lies in enabling robots to perform real tasks effectively within specific industrial environments.
The Company has been expanding its capabilities in heavy-duty embodied robotics. According to Dr. Gu, its latest products are capable of handling loads of approximately 1 to 1.5 tonnes, supporting applications that require both intelligent decision-making and heavy-load handling.
He added that GALAXIS’ capabilities in embodied intelligence are built on three foundations: more than a decade of experience in real intralogistics scenarios, the ability to accelerate deployment through standardization, and scalable capabilities spanning R&D, manufacturing and supply chain execution.
From Product Export to Global Operations
Global expansion was another major topic of the briefing.
Mr. Song explained that GALAXIS is moving beyond product exports toward a broader model of global operations. The Company is expanding its overseas partner network, building localized teams in key markets, supporting the international expansion of Chinese enterprises, and growing alongside major global customers.
Under its current roadmap, GALAXIS views 2026 as a year for deepening its overseas market presence, followed by broader localization in 2027, with the longer-term goal of establishing scaled global operations by 2028.
Management noted that the impact of this strategy is already beginning to emerge and is expected to become an increasingly important contributor to the Company’s future development.
Building Differentiated Capabilities in Robotics
During the Q&A session, investors and analysts discussed topics including embodied intelligence, technology development and GALAXIS’ differentiated competitive capabilities.
Dr. Gu summarized the Company’s strengths across four areas: the breadth of its robotics portfolio, its ability to develop scalable core products, its international orientation, and its focused approach to embodied intelligence in vertical industrial applications.
He also emphasized two capabilities that management sees as central to GALAXIS’ long-term development.
The first is continuous product evolution. GALAXIS has built a portfolio covering a broad range of intralogistics scenarios, supported by accumulated application experience and an understanding of technology development cycles. The second is globalization. Management believes the continued expansion of GALAXIS’ international presence, together with its evolving product and technology portfolio, will be important to its development as a global robotics platform company.
Focused on Sustainable, High-Quality Growth
Looking ahead, GALAXIS will continue to focus on high-quality growth while advancing its globalization and embodied intelligence strategies.
Supported by its order backlog, improving financial performance, expanding international presence and continued investment in intelligent robotics, the Company aims to evolve from an intralogistics robotics provider toward a broader global intelligent robotics platform, while creating sustainable long-term value for shareholders.
